Safety-critical software, certified
Two and a half decades in aerospace and embedded software engineering, spanning flight control, fuel control, brake control, and hydraulics control software, inside CMMI Level 3 process environments. As Head of the Software Central Organization at Parker Hannifin Aerospace, directed certification audit readiness across five authorities: the FAA, EASA, Transport Canada, ANAC Brazil, and CAAC China, and led and mentored a software organization of 80+ engineers across multiple concurrent programs at global locations. Earlier roles built the foundation this later work stood on: Software Program Manager at GE Healthcare, Senior Software Engineer / Software Release Manager at Motorola, and Software Design Engineer at Federal Signal Corporation.
